WINCHESTER — Democratic 10th District challenger Judy Feder represents one of the party's best chances to flip a U.S. House seat from "red to blue," according to congressional Democrats.
Feder, a former dean of Georgetown University's Public Policy Institute and two-time challenger of incumbent Rep. Frank Wolf, was designated a "red to blue" candidate Friday by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

WINCHESTER - Taking the sting out of gas prices and property taxes is the latest battleground in the 10th Congressional District race.
The campaigns of Republican incumbent Frank Wolf and Democratic challenger Judy Feder traded barbs over both issues Thursday.
Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee officials got the ball rolling when they chided Wolf for a vote Wednesday against H.R. 3221.
