McLean, VA - Judy Feder released a second video documenting her travels in Virginia's 10th District to listen to Virginians views on Iraq. Her first video, released last month, garnered national attention.
Feder's travels and her efforts to listen to Virginians stand in sharp contrast to Representative Frank Wolf. "Like President Bush, Frank Wolf only discusses the war at Republican Party events and other ‘friendly' venues while refusing to meet with and listen to the people he is supposed to represent," stated Feder.
Feder's second video discussing Iraq with Virginians in the 10th District can be found at her website, www.JudyFeder.com [1].
While Frank Wolf and Republicans in Congress seem to have problems facing up to the simple truth, the people I talked to in Manassas didn't have that problem. ‘Listen to the people,' and ‘bring our boys, and girls home,' was their simple, heartfelt plea," said Feder.
Rep. Wolf has been wedded to backing the Bush policy on Iraq, from the initial war, through the surge and at every major step in between. He refused to attend the non-partisan town hall meeting on August 28, where the second Feder video was filmed.
